Workouts. Fitness Favorites now presents ‘Anna Benson’s FitPrime Live
Vacation Workout,’ Yoga & Pilates. Yoga & Pilates filmed June 15 –
June 19, 2003 at the Sheraton-North in historic Charleston, SC, this
workout features event participants and some of Anna’s most popular
master instructors. This never-before-released ‘live’ footage allows
YOU to take part in a unique FitPrime Vacation workout led by Kari Kim
and Eleanor Washburn.
Yoga Workout: The 37 minute beginner-to-advanced Yoga class
begins with a brief mediation which flows into Sun Salutations, Hip
Openers, Crescent Lunges, Balance Poses, Stretch, and Corpse Pose
which concludes with a brief meditation. Taught by Kari Kim.
Pilates Workout: Eleanor Washburn teaches a short but effective
pilates exercises great for an additional stretch workout. This workout
begins with a brief cobra stretch, spinal stretch, legs and ends with
abdominals. 29 Min.
