Milner-Collins, and Sculpting with Weights with Tracie Long. While these
workouts are geared toward more the beginner; however, advanced exercisers
can use heavier weights as well as larger range of movements.
Total-body workout that is fun, low impact aerobic combinations that includes:
WARM-UP/STRETCH (6 min.), AEROBICS WITH STRENGTH TRAINING
INTERVALS (27 min.), FLOORWORK (9 min.), and STRETCH (3 min.).
