This 48 minute beginner-to-advanced fat burning workout combines rebounder cardio plus upper body/glute sculpt, core & yoga. The first 34 minutes of rebounder cardio include plyometrics, pendulums, hit-kicks, turns & sambas.
The gravity force of each jump on the rebounder automatically trains the pelvic diaphragm, which helps mothers recover from childbirth & control incontinence. With the rebounder, upper body plyometrics & lower body lunges sculpt the triceps & glutes. Specific exercises for posture, the pelvic diaphragm & flexibility add bonus benefits.
