This 53-minut workout starts with a rebounder warm-up followed by standing stretches. Three cardio segments use variety of tempos & activities. Rebounder moves with an easy & hard version. Between cardio segments, there are three segments of compulsory weight exercises. Floor work is done on the surface of the rebounder. Yoga-style standing stretches conclude the workout.
