hands! FitPrime and KickButt were created for maximum motivation. The moves
are choreographed to exceptional music-the setting is inspirational-so the
workouts remain fun and effective for years.
Killer Weights is perfect to cross train with Killer Cardio from the Instructors
of the FitPrime and KickButt series. These workouts can be alternated to avoid
over-training. Get ready to increase metabolism and maintain muscle mass.
The Warm-Up (2 Min) is followed by intense Abdominals (7 Min), Weights
with the concept of Non-Dominant Training ™, working major muscle groups (32
Min), Pilates (5 Min) and Stretch (9 Min).
Equipment: 14” step, heavy & light dumbbells, Towel, Balance Stick & Yoga
