Just Right™ Live workouts were filmed in Anna Benson’s studio in St. Matthews,
SC. Anna, with her extensive teaching experience, refines and defines
innovative, results-based training concepts for at home exercisers. Innovative
training concepts, ROM™ or Range of Motion Training, which reduces neck,
shoulder and back discomfort. And, Non-Dominant Training™-working the
weaker side first. These two concepts are combined with the Anna’s signature 4-
Way Fusion of weights, cardio, yoga and Pilates in Cardio & Weights and
Balance & Stretch.
Cardio& Weights (43 Min): Rebounding (or modify on the floor) for the
Warm-Up (3 Min) followed by a Stretch (2 Min). Cardio & Weight exercises (22
Min.) to maintain muscle tone and cardio to burn calories. A series of stretches,
Pilates, and abdominals (16 Min) assists with joint mobility.
Equipment: Rebounder (optional), Dumbbells, Ankle Weights, Balance Stick, Tall
Step, Medicine Ball (optional)
Balance & Stretch (46): Posture and core strengtheners for shoulders and
back with a Warm-Up and Stretch (13). Followed Upper Body and Stretch (21)
and Lower Body (4). Abdominals and standing stretches (8) improves posture
and reduces injuries.
Equipment: Dumbbells, Tall Step, Balance Stick, Stretch Rite® (optional, sub a
towel or resistance bands), Stability Ball, Medicine Ball, Rebounder
