Tracy Long's precise cuing and constantly-changing moves guarantees a shapely, well-defined body. A short, intense all-floorwork program with lots of tempo and movement variations. These classic routines are precision-targeted to those familiar "trouble spots": your abs, thighs and buttocks. There's a "choreographed" feel to this workout - Tracy makes it interesting by constantly alternating the exercises and varying the pace (e.g. fast, slow, pulsed; with and without weights). thighs) with this intense workout. These routines are effective as well as popular
because exercises are performed while lying down allowing maximum-intense
concentration (and muscle toning) by focusing on one body part at a time.
Results don’t stop. Continue to grow stronger and more shapely by gradually increas-
ing ankle weights from one to five pounds. Our unique (but optional) trick of adding
dumbbells to “floor” exercises adds the ultimate level of intensity and results-especially
for the buttocks.
