CARDIO STEP MIX begins with a compact, WARM-UP/STRETCH combination
(3 min.), followed by a non-stop series of delightfully inventive CARDIO STEP
routines (49 min.) on the short “aerobic” step-with and without light dumbbells,
including weighted dowel dips. An intense challenging sequence of traditional
ABDOMINAL WORK (6.5 min.) precedes the relaxing FINAL STRETCH (3.5 min.)
