The FIRM Basics: 12 Minute Time Crunch Weights is composed of four workout segments, 12 minutes each. Each workout has a warm-up weighted upper body or weighted lower body exercises and a stretch. Libby Cowart, Nancy Tucker, Summer Sparkman and Janet Brooks are your Master Instructors.
The FIRM Basics: 12 Minute Time Crunch Weights is composed of four workout
segments, 12 minutes each. This workout is perfect when you are short on time as an
‘express’ workout. Or mix and match the segments for a 24 min, 36 min or 48 minutes
of a total body weighed workout. Each workout has a WARM-UP, either WEIGHTED
UPPER BODY or WEIGHTED LOWER BODY Exercises, and STRETCH. Beginners
use no or light weights. Intermediate and advanced heavy up and increase range of
motion.
Workout #1 with Libby Cowart: WARM-UP/STRETCH (2 min.), LOWER BODY
WORK (8 min.), COOL-DOWN/STRETCH (2 min.).
Workout #2 with Janet Brooks: WARM-UP/STRETCH (2 min.), UPPER BODY
WORK (9 min.), COOL-DOWN/STRETCH (1 min.).
Workout #3 with Nancy Tucker: WARM-UP/STRETCH (2 min.), LOWER BODY
WORK (9 min.), COOL-DOWN/STRETCH (1 min.).
Workout #2 with Summer Strickland: WARM-UP/STRETCH (2 min.), UPPER
BODY WORK (9 min.), COOL-DOWN/STRETCH (1 min.).
