The FIRM Basics: 12 Minute Time Crunch Cardio is composed of four
workout segments, 12 minutes each. This workout is perfect when you are short
on time as an ‘express’ workout. Or mix and match the segments for a 24 min, 36
min or 48 minutes of a total body weighed workout. Each workout has a
WARM-UP, CARDIO and STRETCH. Beginners use no or lighter weights.
Intermediate and advanced heavy up and increase range of motion.
Workout #1 with Jennifer Carman: WARM-UP/STRETCH (3 min.), Low
Impact and Aerobic Box CARDIO (8 min.), COOL-DOWN/STRETCH (1 min.).
Workout #2 with Robyn Johnson: WARM-UP/STRETCH (2 min.), Aerobic Box,
Low Impact, and Dowel Cardio (9 min.), COOL-DOWN/STRETCH (1 min.).
Workout #3 with Allie Strickland: WARM-UP/STRETCH (2 min.), 4 Limbed
with Aerobic Box, 4 Limbed Dowel, Low Impact Cardio (8 min), COOL- DOWN/STRETCH (1 min.).
Workout #4 with Allie Strickland: WARM-UP/STRETCH (2 min.), Low Impact,
4 Limbed Cardio (9 min.), COOL-DOWN/STRETCH (1 min.).
