leads you through this fun, innovative, variable-intensity workout.
The FIRM Strength with Pam Cauthen is perfect companion to The FIRM
Cardio with Heidi Tanner because these workouts are designed as a pair to
‘cross train’ by varying exercises. FIRM Strength shapes muscles by first
working the upper body, and then the lower body.
WARM-UP/STRETCH (5 min.) followed by 10 min. of AEROBICS and 32 min.
of BODYBUILDING to sculpt body. ABDOOMINALS/INNER THIGH WORK
(8 min.) is next followed by a relaxing and final STRETCH (3 min.)
