the Classic Cardio + Weights workout, covers everything in the least
amount of time & gives results 3 times faster than any other training
method. Cardio drills are interspersed between heavy weight sets for the
upper body & lower body. Kicks, punches, mambo & tall box “stomps”
increases the sweat factor.
A Non-Dominant Trainer©, resistant sets include drag, dips, plies, &
both standing & sitting tall box hesitations. Tall box “negative training”
eliminates the “hole” in the downward phase. Triceps are attached in 4
different sequences & also includes posture correction & appropriate
stretches. Floor work mixes a comlete core attack with traditional &
yoga stretches. All moves are synchronized to appropriate temps with
diverse musical styles in one hot soundtrack.
