This short (about 30 minutes) but effective workout begins with a cardio warm-up, followed by standing stretches.
Simple, yet fun movements will keep your heart rate up as you enjoy interesting up beat tempo music. A variety of exercises are used during the cardio phase, for example, special 'balance challenges' train you for the unexpected. Whenever possible, 2 or 4 limb moves simultaneously to increase fat loss and burn more calories.
